Packaging and Shipping
Our nacatamales are vacuum-sealed and carefully packed using insulated thermal packaging and temperature-controlled cooling materials to help maintain freshness during transit.
Please note: Cooling materials are selected based on shipping conditions and may vary. Cooling packs may thaw during transit, especially during warmer weather or extended delivery times. This is normal and does not indicate product spoilage.
Customers are responsible for refrigerating or freezing items promptly upon delivery.
Shipping cost includes specialized packaging and delivery service, with transit times typically ranging from 2 to 3 business days after the package has been handed over to UPS or USPS.
