The processing time for nacatamal orders is typically 4 to 5 business days or longer, depending on the number of orders ahead of yours. During peak seasons, we recommend placing your order at least one month in advance to ensure availability. High-demand seasons include:
New Year’s, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day,, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Las Purísimas, and Christmas.
Packaging and Shipping
Our nacatamales are vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice and thermal packaging (recommended) to maintain freshness.
